Sweet – Off The Record: the coolest album cover about record playing

Sweet’s Off The Record is my favorite album cover for portraying the magical dance that occurs as the stylus finds music deep within the grooves of a vinyl record. Check out how the curved tonearm leads down to the cartridge and head shell, beneath which a glowing diamond stylus unearths the audio treasures below. I understand why it works, but it still astonishes me every time I set the needle on a record and hear music.
